Objective Documentation and Treatment of Unresolved Tissue Injuries Prior to Litigation and/or Case Settlement

Injuries due to traumatic episodes of the head and neck, in addition to possible brain damage, involve, but are not limited to fractures, muscle sprains, ligament sprains, and detachment of the muscles and ligaments from their attachments to the bones of the skull, mandible, and the neck.

In an automobile accident, the head and neck are violently flailed back and forth while the body is restricted by the seat belt, and the seatback/headrest.   This flailing is due to the elastic nature of the spinal column and it's ligaments and muscles, as well as the elasticity of the seatback and headrest.  In cases where the head strikes the dashboard, or window, or some other part of the car, the injuries caused by the flailing head are compounded.

Objective documentation of these injuries can mean the difference between a reasonable case settlement and one that cannot even cover the medical fees necessitated by the accident.

The head and neck diagnostic center is equipped with a state-of-the-art, FDA and ADA accepted computerized diagnostic equipment, as well as state-of-the-art computerized tomographic equipment and techniques which enable objective visualization, measurement and documentation of these real, significant, and many times permanent, heretofore difficult or impossible to document injuries.
